Refund policy

We have a 30-day policy for returns exclusively in cases where an error in size was made on our part, not by the client. This means that if you receive an incorrect size due to our error, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

In this case, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not offer refunds; we will instead send you a replacement item in the correct size.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@fcshonen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, you will need to place a separate order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, as outlined above, a return will only be accepted if the size error is on our part, and a replacement will be provided without the option of a refund.

Refunds

Please note that no refunds are available for incorrect sizes, as we only provide replacements when the error is on our part.
